Meatloaf. Always a favourite


4 servings

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

1/2 tsp oil

1 large egg

2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp parsley

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

3 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/3 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp pepper


Sauce 

3/8 cup ketchup

3/4 tsp white vinegar

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder


1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil

2. Preheat oven to 350°F

3. Saute onions. Let cool

4. Make the meatloaf mixture.

5. Shape into a loaf and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes

6. Make the sauce and spread over baked loaf. Return to oven for 20 minutes.
