4 oz Baker’s unsweetened chocolate, chopped (4 squares = 1 oz)
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 350°F. Microwave chocolate and butter in a large microwaveable bowl on high for 2 min or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar and mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts.
Spread into a 13x9 inch well-prepared pan
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Do not overbake.
