Stir Fry Sauce

1/3 cup soy sauce

3 tbsp water

2 tbsp rice wine or dry sherry

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tsps sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp dry mustard

Combine well.
