1/3 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp honey (optional)
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp chopped, fresh herbs (basil, parsely, green onions, cilantro, chives, mint). Really anything you have on hand.
Combine all ingredients in a jar or large mug, something to fit an immersion blender. Blend until smooth.
