Mushrooms, Dill and Parsley

Mushroom, dill and parsley side. Really fast and easy. You can use dried parsley and dill but it really is better with fresh. Add a handful of spinach and chopped tomato to dress it up a bit.

1 tbsp oil

16 oz sliced fresh mushrooms

2 garlic cloves, pressed

1 splash dry white wine or vegetable broth

2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Cook mushrooms in oil over medium heat until they are soft and the mushroom juice has reduced. Stir in garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add wine or broth and cook for another minute. Stir in dill and parsley.
